Sea bedroom with double bed and views across the cliffs, Gate bedroom with twin beds and loft bedroom upstairs with three beds and a small selection of children’s books and toys. Travel cot available.
Kitchen
Hob/cooker, small freezer in the pantry, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and small washing machine. High chair available.
Dining Area
Dining table and chairs.
Sitting Room
Amazing views, woodburner (replacing old fireplace as seen in photos) with logs provided, comfortable seating as well as a wide variety of books maps and board games.
Bathrooms
1 family bathroom with shower over bath (separate toilet).
Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service
Cotton bed linen provided (other than for travel cot). Towels £5 per person. Cleaning at the end of the period included.
Pets
Pets are welcome. A maximum of 2 dogs (£15 each). Please keep them off the furniture and be aware that there are often sheep or cattle in the field around the property and keeping them on a lead may be necessary.
Outside
Sheltered south facing patio, fenced grass area with washing line all surrounded by the farmer’s fields. The cottage overlooks fields, cliffs and the Bristol Channel. Outside tap for rinsing dogs and wetsuits. Garage with BBQ, logs for the wood burner, garden furniture etc where there is room to store bicycles and surf boards.
Amenities / Facilities Provided
Cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, off peak electric heating, pets accepted by arrangement (£15 per pet), a good range of books and board games are provided.
Wifi / TV / Landline Telephone
Please note that there is no landline telephone and no WiFi at the cottage. It is possible to get a mobile phone signal in some parts of the house. The owners strongly believe that holidays at Clovercliff should be about quality screen-free family time enjoying the wild Gower Coast.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair access because of doorsteps and field access outside.
Coast / Beach
Coast Path within 100yds leading to many rocky coves, and beautiful sandy beaches, less than 1/2 mile to Mewslade Bay, Rhossili Bay 1.3 miles.
Golf
Pennard 11 miles, Gower Golf Club (Three Crosses) 14 miles and Fairwood and Clyne are within easy driving distance.
Shopping
There is a Spar at Scurlage and at Reynoldston Garage and milk and newspapers can often be bought at Pitton Cross Campsite about a mile away. Some holiday makers have successfully used Sainsbury for online shopping. We usually stock up at Sarn Park near Cardiff or in Swansea to avoid having to spend precious holiday time shopping groceries.
Eateries
Pubs and Bistros in Rhossili and Port Eynon and a pub at Reynolston. Chips Ahoy in Scurlage may not always be open. A good cafe at the campsite at Hillend near Llangennith for coffee or ice-cream after hiking over Rhossili Down.
Travel
Cardiff, the nearest International Airport is 1 hr 44 minutes away. Swansea railway station is 40 minutes away. A car is strongly recommended for travel to and from the cottage.

Rhossili 1.5 miles, Port Eynon 4 miles, Reynoldston 4.6 miles, Llangennith (Surf School and hire) 7.7 miles by car or 3 miles walk. National Botanical Garden of Wales, 36 miles
