Bathrooms: 1 family bathroom with shower over bath (separate toilet).
Kitchen: Hob, cooker, freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Dining area: Dining table and chairs.
Living Room: Solid fuel grate, comfortable seating.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Bed linen provided. Towels £5 a head. Cleaning at the end of the period included.
Notes on accommodation: Suitable for 2 small pets on the ground floor, but not in bedrooms. Pets are accepted by arrangement. (£15 per pet)
Outside: Sheltered patio, grassed area with washing line all surrounded by farmer’s fields.
Amenities/Facilities provided:Cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, off peak electric heating, pets accepted by arrangement (£15 per pet), a good range of books and board games are provided. Please note that there is no landline telephone.
Accessibility: Not suitable for wheelchair access because of doorsteps and field access outside.
Coast/Beach: Coast Path within 100yds leading to many rocky coves, less than 1/2 mile to Mewslade Bay, Rhossili Bay 1.3 miles.

Golf: Pennard 11 miles, Gower Golf Club (Three Crosses) 14 miles and Fairwood and Clyne are within easy driving distance.
Travel: Cardiff, the nearest International Airport is 1 hr 44 minutes away and a Swansea mainline railway station with links to all of the UK is 40 minutes away. A car is strongly recommended for travel to and from the cottage.
